We adore all of our couples … but there’s something just a bit extra special when one of the brides is one of our very own PPWE team members! Lauren said “I DO” to Emily at the Hutton House on the most beautiful September day, with perfect temps, the sun shining and the fall colors at their peak. You couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day in Minnesota!
Lauren & Emily’s timeless black and white color scheme fit perfectly with the venue’s clean, classic feel. Lush white & green florals from The Cutting Garden adorned the space both inside and out, and while each bride selected a dress that perfectly suited her own personal style, both of them carried a full, matching bouquet. These stunning brides also had one of our favorite first looks ever… (cue the tears!)
While COVID may have altered a few of Lauren & Emily’s original plans, they were able to keep their full guest list intact, and with some creative seating for the ceremony and dinner, everyone was able to stay safe and comfortable. Guests definitely made the most of the outdoor courtyard from cocktail hour through the end of the night, with great lounge sets from Style Society and yard games that the couple provided. The dance and live music from Dap Squad spilled right from the Fireside Room into the courtyard, which really made the most of the entire space and made everyone feel like they were connected even when they were socially distanced.
We couldn’t be more excited for Lauren & Emily, and are so glad we were there to see you tie the knot! Cheers ladies, wishing you nothing but the best in 2021!
